We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings strong communication skills along with some knowledge of the automotive industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working in or around auto service environments and are comfortable assisting customers with vehicle-related inquiries.
Responsabilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email regarding order status and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to accurately communicate customer concerns and order status timelines
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order history.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of automotive services, terminology, and customer concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Data Entry experience
