Responsibilities Research part numbers and pricing for repair quotes Manage customer requests via email/phone regarding service and repairs Create repair quotes as per technician recommendations Create and maintain pick lists keeping one month ahead Manage warranty claims with manufacturers, keeping up to date on claims Position may require you to work on call, dispatching technicians for emergency troubleshoots Qualifications Bachelor's Degree equivalent or higher preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience preferred ERP experience preferred Effective conflict resolution skills Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment Experience researching parts and creating repair estimates required Further Details This is a full-time position, meaning you will be expected to work 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 8:00am -5:00pm, with some flexibility based on weekly needs. This position is also eligible for benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00- $65,000.00 per year.
