Job Description:
This position is for (4) Quality Services Representatives
This position is part of the Supplier Quality Services organization which coordinates resources and schedules for inspection services. The responsibilities for this position include:
- Assuring inspection resources are available and assigned at suppliers
- Coordinating the workflow for requesting, screening, and assigning new inspection resources
- Communication with 3rd party service companies to ensure resource requests are completed
- Resolving systems issues for inspectors and suppliers
- Scheduling Supplier Survey activities
- Crafting reports of upcoming or past due activities
- Communication of task completions or issues within the Supplier Quality organization
Takes and processes orders by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives; quotes prices and delivery dates; checks stock and expediting information. Provides order status and pricing information to customer. Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports. Acts as liaison between customer and factory in expediting orders. Processes and makes adjustments to database for returned goods by entering orders, credits, etc. Within parameters expedites emergency orders upon customer requests. Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
