The SSG Process Development team is looking to add an entry level research chemist to the dynamic group. You will support process research and development and scale up efforts towards the manufacture of new OLED emitters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable processes for OLED emitters that are reproducible and cost effective through a thorough scientific approach.
Synthesize Client organic compounds following reactions paths provided by senior chemists.
Help design experiments and safely execute experiments independently.
Contribute to the interpretation of analytical results and propose process changes as necessary.
Provide support for scale up of new products by technicians in both a kilo lab setting.
Contributes to reports and regular updates at appropriate project intervals while maintaining detailed laboratory records.
Works in a safe manner. Reads, understands and follows all pertinent SOPs.
Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant technical field
0-3 years of experience in process research and development.
