Position Summary
As a Production Yard Associate, you will support the manufacturing of precast concrete products by preparing molds, finishing concrete, moving materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically active and thrive in an outdoor industrial setting.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete forms and molds for production.
- Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete products.
- Remove finished products from molds using safe work practices.
- Patch, grind, and repair concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report quality concerns.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, cranes, or other equipment
- Assist with loading, staging, and organizing products in the yard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Pay Rate
Starting at $17.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Hours may vary depending on production needs, with overtime available as required.
