General Laborer / Yard Worker
Location: Auburndale, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers / Yard Workers to support daily operations in an outdoor yard environment. No specialized skills are required — just a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work safely in various weather conditions.
What You'll Do:
• Organize and maintain materials in the yard
• Load, unload, and move product using manual labor
• Clean and prepare work areas, including sweeping, stacking, and general yard upkeep
• Report any hazards and follow all safety procedures
• Assist team members and take direction from supervisors
• Perform other basic labor tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable attendance and readiness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Physical stamina — walking, standing, bending, and manual labor all day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and maintain safe work practices
