Marketing Workfront Admin & Compliance Coordinator
Position Overview
The Marketing Operations team supports multiple functions within the Marketing Department to enable the successful implementation of marketing programs across all lines of business and client segments.
The Marketing Workfront Admin & Compliance Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring marketing policies and procedures align with established risk and compliance guidelines. This position helps ensure marketing materials receive the appropriate review before going to market and is also responsible for the ongoing administration, upkeep, and maintenance of the Adobe Workfront platform.
Essential Job Functions
- Update Adobe Workfront user access and maintain appropriate access documentation within designated shared drives.
- Train users as Workfront access is provided and troubleshoot system errors and access issues as they arise.
- Manage requests submitted through Workfront related to:
- Administrative field updates
- Reporting
- Creation of new workflows
- Certificate verification
- Execute required reporting, including in-market date and 12-month reporting, and distribute and store reports in the appropriate locations.
- Partner with project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and meets established expectations.
- Ensure project scope aligns with stated business goals and requirements.
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Effectively identify, manage, and escalate project risks when necessary.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Bring an innovative mindset to processes and identify opportunities to enhance overall team performance.
- Demonstrate consistent improvements in performance and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with Adobe Workfront, including platform administration, reporting, workflows, and/or user access.
- Experience supporting traditional and digital creative development processes.
- Experience ensuring marketing content aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
