Overview
Client is seeking a Marketing Workfront Administrator and Compliance Coordinator to support marketing operations, Adobe Workfront administration, reporting, and compliance review processes. This individual contributor will help ensure marketing materials align with established brand, risk, legal, and compliance standards before going to market.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer Adobe Workfront access and maintain supporting access documentation.
- Train new Workfront users and troubleshoot platform errors.
- Process Workfront administration requests, including field updates, reporting changes, workflow builds, and certificate verification.
- Execute required Workfront reporting and distribute and store reports in designated locations.
- Maintain and enhance Adobe Workfront workflows, configurations, and reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure marketing work is completed on time and within expectations.
- Confirm project scope remains aligned with established business goals.
- Support the review of traditional and digital marketing materials for brand, risk, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal, and compliance teams.
- Identify process improvements while effectively managing project and compliance risks.
- Participate in team sessions and projects led by other team members.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience.
- Experience creating, maintaining, or managing reporting within Adobe Workfront.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in advertising agencies, marketing project management, or related fields.
- Experience supporting traditional and digital creative development processes.
- Experience ensuring marketing content aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working with internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
