Winterization Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Winterization Coordinator to oversee the dispatching and completion of property winterization and de-winterization services. This position offers a flexible remote or hybrid work schedule for qualified candidates. In this role, you will review job site photos to verify the quality of plumbing work, manage vendor performance, and negotiate pricing and timelines. You will serve as a critical communication link between clients, brokers, and vendors, ensuring all services are completed with a strong sense of urgency and high-quality standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Track and monitor residential service orders from initial dispatch to final completion, providing timely updates to clients.
- Review active and completed job photos to verify successful winterization/de-winterization and identify issues requiring plumbing bids.
- Recruit and manage vendors, negotiate bids and timelines, and monitor overall performance and quality control.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries regarding billing, timelines, and service updates using internal software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Knowledge of residential construction or plumbing is a must.
