Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch
Friday the schedule will vary but often work 6 AM to 12PM, sometimes until 4:30 will be needed
The Welder (I) position requires at least one year of prior welding experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with welding certification. This individual is responsible for welding galvanized steel and aluminum to fabricate custom and standard products like roof curbs and drop boxes from blueprints, ensuring high quality through visual inspections. Key requirements include the ability to read and interpret blueprints, proficiency with welding machines and their maintenance, adherence to safe welding practices, and the physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds. This self-starting team member must work efficiently, communicate product issues to management, and collaborate with engineers and fabricators to streamline production.
