What we're looking for
Genuinely self-directed. You take a goal, ask the right questions, and run with it. Micromanagement isn't our style.
Strong communicator across email, Teams, and meetings able to chase down decisions and keep stakeholders informed without being asked.
Bias toward action and problem-solving.
Tolerance (ideally, some enthusiasm) for detailed, repetitive work done well. Enterprise content cleanup is a grind.
Exacting attention to detail. Typos and broken links should bother you.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or
HS Diploma or GED (minimum) or Associate's Degree with **significant** practical experience (2-3 years supporting enterprise content management).
Skills & Experience
Some hands-on experience publishing in a web content management system. The specific platform matters less than understanding how content management works we'll get you up to speed on our AEM build.
Familiarity with web and metadata standards (Schema.org, Open Graph, Google Core Web Vitals).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Nice to have
Enterprise CMS and/or DAM experience.
Comfort using Figma to mock up page layouts from existing components.
Light writing or editing chops.
