Wax Dress & Assembly – Set Up

Location: Willoughby, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay:$17.00/hour, with flexibility based on relevant experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wax Dress & Assembly – Set Up person.. This position involves manipulating wax pieces and applying various materials according to established procedures and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, a steady hand, and the ability to work carefully with small or detailed components.

Job Responsibilities

• Manipulate and work with wax pieces according to established procedures.

• Apply various materials to wax pieces as instructed.

• Perform assembly and set-up tasks with attention to detail.

• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a steady hand while working with fine details and small components.

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to see and inspect fine details accurately.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to maintain a steady hand while performing detailed work.

• Ability to work either sitting or standing for an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to push, pull, and lift approximately 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, wax, or related experience is a plus but not required.
