Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and order-processing operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and general warehouse activities. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, following all applicable safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Monday–Friday, 5:45 PM–6:00 AM
Shift:
Overnight
Key Responsibilities

Support the order-processing function, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Receive and put away manufactured products and raw materials.

Unload trucks and verify quantities and materials received.

Enter receipts accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Pick and pack customer orders using the computerized warehouse management system.

Perform routine warehouse functions, including:

Cycle counting and inventory control.

Processing materials for destruction.

Material handling and storage.
-
Other customary warehouse activities as assigned.

Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse equipment as authorized.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area through daily housekeeping.

Follow all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other applicable requirements.

Maintain a safe work environment and actively support all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) goals.

Report to work on time and remain available for all scheduled shifts.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous forklift experience.

Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license, or willingness to complete required training and obtain certification.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.

Ability to work reliably and effectively in a warehouse environment.
