Warehouse Technician / Material Handler

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to support both warehouse and production operations. This position requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable operating forklifts, using scanners, staging orders, and loading trailers while ensuring materials are moved efficiently throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, inventory, and finished goods
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and material movement
- Stage orders for shipment and production requirements
- Load and unload trailers
- Move finished pallets to designated storage and shipping areas
- Support production floor activities as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Ability to stage, load, and move materials efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
