Warehouse Team Lead – Bilingual English/Spanish
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This position will help coordinate workflow, support warehouse employees, ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately, and communicate with manufacturing teams, internal departments, and transportation carriers.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support daily warehouse shipping and receiving activities.

Help coordinate daily workflow, priorities, and assignments for warehouse team members.

Communicate instructions, expectations, and updates to employees in both English and Spanish.

Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Prepare products and materials for shipment using proper packaging methods, including crating, shrink-wrapping, and protective packaging.

Compare shipment information against bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, and other records.

Count, weigh, or measure incoming and outgoing materials to verify accuracy.

Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments.

Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or shipment discrepancies.

Ensure orders and shipments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Maintain accurate inventory of shipping materials and warehouse supplies.

Communicate effectively with manufacturing teams, internal support departments, and outside transportation carriers.

Assist with training, coaching, and supporting warehouse employees as needed.

Promote a safe, organized, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Perform additional warehouse and shipping/receiving duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Must be able to effectively communicate with employees in both English and Spanish.

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience required.

Previous Team Lead, Lead Warehouse Associate, or warehouse leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word.

Ability to learn and effectively use computerized inventory and warehouse management systems.

Ability to read and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dependable and team-oriented with the ability to take initiative.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and help keep the team organized and on task.
