Are you detail-oriented, physically active, and looking for a stable, full-time role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a dependable Record Center Specialist to join our growing team – helping manage and move confidential client documents that keep the world running behind the scenes.
What You'll Do: Your Daily Impact

Handle and move confidential documents, including preparing boxes, tapes, and materials for secure delivery

Assist drivers in loading and unloading company vehicles

Use wireless scanning technology to manage incoming and outgoing inventory

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in orders

Prepare all necessary paperwork for daily deliveries

Use Windows-based software to navigate internal systems
What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical labor setting

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day

Comfortable using Windows PCs and navigating software tools

Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Bonus Qualifications

Forklift and/or pick lift certification

Proven track record of reliability and safety in warehouse roles
