Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Are you detail-oriented, physically active, and looking for a stable, full-time role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a dependable Record Center Specialist to join our growing team – helping manage and move confidential client documents that keep the world running behind the scenes.

What You'll Do: Your Daily Impact

  • Handle and move confidential documents, including preparing boxes, tapes, and materials for secure delivery

  • Assist drivers in loading and unloading company vehicles

  • Use wireless scanning technology to manage incoming and outgoing inventory

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in orders

  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for daily deliveries

  • Use Windows-based software to navigate internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical labor setting

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day

  • Comfortable using Windows PCs and navigating software tools

  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic

Bonus Qualifications

  • Forklift and/or pick lift certification

  • Proven track record of reliability and safety in warehouse roles

Other Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
