Warehouse Operations Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team. This is a highly physical role that requires moving throughout the day while assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and overall warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will play an important role in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This position works closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure efficient daily operations and successful order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and incoming shipments
- Receive, inspect, and track inventory deliveries
- Pick, pull, organize, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Label, tag, palletize, and wrap merchandise according to company procedures
- Sort, count, and verify inventory accuracy
- Document shipment arrivals, departures, and inventory discrepancies
- Take inventory photos and enter data into warehouse systems
- Identify and report damaged or impaired merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist customers during pickup coordination and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines
- Support additional warehouse duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required
- Previous inventory and documentation experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Experience working with inventory systems and databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in warehouse and varying climate conditions
- Forklift experience required; certification is a plus
- Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and texting
