Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift

Location:  Goodyear, AZ – 303 & Indian School Rd
Shift:  2nd Shift
Pay:  $20.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable  Warehouse Associate  to support daily receiving, shipping, picking, packaging, and inventory operations. This position works in both inbound and outbound areas of the warehouse and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Associates may use RF scanners, banding equipment, stretch-wrap machines, and other warehouse tools to prepare products for storage and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products and prepare materials for receiving
• Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipment
• Package, crate, bundle, band, and stretch-wrap products as needed
• Use RF scanners to accurately process and track materials
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies to management
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and properly stored
• Follow proper lifting and material-handling procedures
• Attend required safety meetings and training
• Follow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety procedures
• Report workplace injuries or safety concerns immediately
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or inventory experience preferred
• RF scanner experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to the Goodyear area
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including drug test and background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to  50 lbs.  using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach above shoulder level
• Comfortable physically handling warehouse materials and equipment
