Warehouse Operator – Overnight Shift

Pay: $21.50/hour and up, depending on experience (DOE)

Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating 12-Hour Schedule

Schedule Requirements: Work 3 days one week and 4 days the following week. The schedule alternates weekly, and availability to work every other weekend is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, and moving materials throughout the facility to support daily production needs.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is comfortable operating powered industrial equipment, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to move and distribute materials throughout the facility.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain equipment in clean, safe working condition.

• Locate and deliver materials to various departments as needed.

• Perform inventory cycle counts and accurately document material movements.

• Prepare and process warehouse paperwork, reports, and inventory transactions using computer systems.

• Inspect incoming shipments, identify damaged materials or shortages, and report discrepancies.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow proper lifting, bending, and equipment safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Follow all product quality, GMP, and food-contact packaging requirements.

• Attend required safety training and follow established operating procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least one year of related warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks preferred.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform routine inspections.

• Basic computer skills and ability to complete inventory transactions and paperwork.

• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive material handling tasks.

• Ability to safely move materials and operate warehouse equipment.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.

Schedule Requirements

Pay starts at $21.50 per hour and may be higher depending on experience.
