Overview of Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, products, and components are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched to meet production and customer needs.
What you will do:
- Goods receiving - checking, counting, and putting away of stock
- Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times
- Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouse
- Proactive approach to stock accuracy
- Keeping paperwork up-to-date and maintaining records of the stock
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods
- Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods
- Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes
- Loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling and/or forklift
- Always follow health and safety procedures
