Overview of Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, products and components are efficiently received, stored and dispatched to meet production and customer needs. What you will do: • Goods receiving- checking, counting and putting away of stock • Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times. • Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouse • Proactive approach to stock accuracy. • Keeping paperwork up to-date and keeping records of the stock. • Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods. • Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods. • Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes. • Loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling and or forklift • Always follow health and safety procedures What we need from you: • 2+ years' experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of inventory management systems. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Valid Forklift license • Willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks. Work Environment: This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.
