About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and material flow within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting efficient customer fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and leading warehouse personnel to ensure day-to-day success.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in warehousing, shipping, logistics, or distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory activities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet operational demands
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system transactions
- Support warehouse organization, storage utilization, and material flow
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and shipping personnel
- Promote workplace safety and compliance with company policies
- Monitor shipping schedules and adjust priorities as needed
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams
- Identify and resolve operational or inventory-related issues
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience with warehouse, inventory, or ERP systems preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus
Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment
This role operates within a warehouse or industrial environment and may include exposure to machinery, forklifts, varying temperatures, and active shipping areas.
