Job Description
Nesco Resource is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, assembly support, and general labor tasks. This position requires the ability to work with hand and power tools, follow instructions, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse
- Use hand and power tools to complete basic assembly or repair tasks
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials using a tape measure and other tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Support team members with various general labor duties as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and workmanship
Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Basic handyman or construction-related experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
