within a high-performance manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Janitorial Operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly production and office environment

Perform heavy cleaning duties including:
-
Floor cleaning, mopping, and occasional floor machine operation

Washing walls, windows, and glass surfaces
-
Carpet and rug cleaning as needed
-
Trash removal, recycling, and waste management
-

Maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces to company standards
-
Monitor and replenish janitorial and facility supplies
Exterior & Grounds Maintenance

Maintain exterior building appearance including sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas

Perform light landscaping duties (weeding, debris removal, seasonal upkeep)

Assist with weather-related cleanup when required
Warehouse & Operational Support

Assist in warehouse operations as needed once janitorial duties are completed
Basic Maintenance & Safety Support

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as:

Replacing light bulbs

Minor repairs or adjustments
-
Cleaning and organizing maintenance areas
-

Identify safety hazards and report issues to management
-
Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

Support audits and inspections by maintaining facility readiness
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Willingness to work extended hours when required

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
-
Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
