Terms: Temp to Hire
Pay rate: $18.00-$20.00
Requirements: Clean driving record; ability to drive between company buildings to transport materials as needed. Driving will not be required during the temporary assignment, but a clean driving record is required for consideration for permanent employment.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and material handling operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and enter shipments and related documentation into the ERP system.
• Label all inventory upon receipt and in the stockroom with part number, revision, and purchase/job order number to maintain accurate physical traceability.
• Physically stow inventory and assign bin locations within the ERP system.
• Pull, kit, and issue inventory both physically and electronically through the ERP system.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using the ERP system.
• Perform ongoing cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain and distribute Receiving, Kitting, and Inventory Reports using Excel.
• Package materials for stock and shipment as needed.
• Generate shipping documentation and create UPS/FedEx shipping labels.
• Double-check all work to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Work closely with Planning and Management to prioritize and complete urgent business needs, including shipping and packaging support.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
