Warehouse Associate

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and production operations for a precision manufacturing company in West Henrietta, NY. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy inventory management, material movement, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate:
- $23.00 - $24.00/Hour 10% Shift Premium
- 5% Bonus Eligibility Upon Permanent Hire
Shift(s):
- Monday - Friday; B Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Job Duties:
- Receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility
- Pick and stage materials for production orders
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform inventory transactions using ERP or warehouse management systems
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as authorized
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Prepare shipments and complete shipping documentation
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Assist production teams with material requests
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent material handling throughout the shift
- PPE required
