Summary
Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support a local manufacturing facility on a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and following established warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-
Palletize finished goods and customer orders
-
Shrink wrap pallets for storage and shipment
-
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
-
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
-
Follow work orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Stage, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Experience operating pallet jacks is preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
