Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support order processing functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities.
- Receive, unload, and properly store manufactured products and raw materials.
- Verify incoming shipment quantities and accurately enter receipts into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using the warehouse computerized management system.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including:
- Cycle counting
- Inventory control activities
- Processing materials designated for destruction
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on a daily basis.
- Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other relevant regulations.
- Support all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe work environment and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
- Report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous forklift operating experience.
- Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) License or willingness to complete training and obtain certification.
Preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control operations.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
