Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare automotive parts according to order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory and shipments.
- Verify orders for accuracy, quality, and completeness prior to shipment.
- Organize, stage, and move products to support shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
