We are seeking a creative and highly organized Video Storytelling Producer to develop engaging video and multimedia content that tells compelling stories across a variety of audiences. This role is responsible for managing the complete video production lifecycle—from concept development and pre-production through filming, editing, and final delivery.

Working within a collaborative creative studio environment, the ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling abilities with technical production expertise and project management skills to deliver high-quality content for digital marketing, corporate communications, live events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Manage video projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Plan and execute all phases of production, including:
    • Pre-production planning
    • Filming and video capture
    • Editing
    • Motion graphics (as applicable)
    • Post-production
  • Produce engaging multimedia content for a variety of platforms.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with content writers, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to develop video concepts and scripts.
  • Brainstorm innovative storytelling ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling visual content.

Pre-Production Management

  • Coordinate project planning and logistics.
  • Conduct location scouting.
  • Secure internal approvals.
  • Prepare presenters, speakers, and on-camera talent.
  • Manage production schedules and timelines.

Event Coverage

  • Capture photography and video for:
    • Town halls
    • Leadership conferences
    • Sales meetings
    • Trade shows
    • Customer events
    • Community engagement initiatives
  • Produce highlight reels and recap videos for internal and external audiences.
  • Support live event production and multimedia coverage.

Project Management

  • Track production schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management software.
  • Coordinate projects across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Asset Management

  • Organize and archive source files and finished media assets.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries for future marketing use.
  • Maintain and organize video production equipment and related resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing video productions from concept through completion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with video shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative storytelling abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for live video production technologies and workflows.
  • Experience working alongside graphic designers, motion graphics artists, and 2D/3D animators.
  • Experience producing live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Experience operating:
    • Video switchers
    • Professional audio systems
    • Multiple camera setups
    • Remote presenter technologies
  • Experience creating technical diagrams and 2D illustrations.
  • Ability to present creative concepts and visual work to stakeholders in virtual environments.
  • Strong interest in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
  • Experience supporting corporate marketing, brand, or communications organizations.
