Video Production Specialist
Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Video Production Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process for podcasts, technical videos, training materials, and branded content. This includes all phases of production from pre-production planning through post-production editing and final delivery.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work both independently and with cross-functional stakeholders to film, direct, capture audio, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with company branding, communication goals, and design standards. The role also provides occasional support for graphic design, layout, and visual presentations.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional video production experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects, and possesses strong technical expertise with professional video, audio, lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Manage the full video production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Produce podcasts, technical videos, training materials, and branded marketing content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and creative direction.
- Film, direct, and capture professional-quality video and audio.
- Edit and deliver polished video content that meets company quality standards and project deadlines.
- Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding and visual design guidelines.
Audio & Visual Production
- Operate professional video cameras and audio recording equipment.
- Set up and manage 3-point lighting configurations for studio and on-location shoots.
- Capture high-quality audio using wireless microphone systems and portable recorders.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Creative & Design Support
- Assist with graphic design, layout, and presentation materials as needed.
- Create basic motion graphics and visual effects.
- Participate in storyboarding and creative planning sessions.
- Support visual storytelling through engaging multimedia content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders throughout project development.
- Manage multiple production projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate project status and timelines effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video production or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with storyboarding.
- Experience creating simple motion graphics.
- Proficiency with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience producing technical, instructional, or corporate training videos.
- Knowledge of branding and visual communication best practices.
