Alternating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, rotating)

What You'll Do:
Utility Worker (Machine Operator Helper):
- Assist machine operators in keeping production running efficiently.
- Supply materials to machines and remove finished products.
- Perform basic quality inspections and remove defective products.
- Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Support other departments and production tasks as needed.
Packer:
- Pack finished products according to production and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate counts.
- Label, tape, stack, and wrap boxes for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Assist team members and support other production tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic math and English skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
