Bonus Program: Up to *** with the following payout structure: *** at 14 days with perfect attendance *** at 60 days *** at 90 days strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading experience Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality on all parts. Follow job work instructions and quality procedures. Deburr parts and meet daily production goals. Edit G-code programs. Help meet deadlines and complete orders in order of precedence. Maintain a clean work area using 5S principles. Attend and participate in daily tier meetings. Track and run jobs in order of precedence. Log job information using the SAP system. Qualifications: We value High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of CNC experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Proficiency with measuring devices such as calipers, OD mics, 6 steel ruler, height gauge, and depth mics. Basic computer skills are a plus.
