Level 2 Job Desc: Will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. Will be responsible for work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. Will set up and monitor the production of product in area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Associate will be asked to work in a cleanroom environment which requires wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye shields, gloves, and anti-static bracelet. This role requires an associate to be able to use a microscope for hours at a time while using their hands for small parts. Key Responsibilities - Operate assigned equipment. - Participate in continuous improvement activities. - Support the Client Operating System - Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness - Comply with all safety rules. - Record and report production data. - Analyze data and production reports - Set up and change over equipment - Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions YOU MUST HAVE English fluency - speaking, reading, writing Computer literacy Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity 1 years of manufacturing experience (2-3 year tenure) (experience within the past 5 years) WE VALUE Experience using precision hand tools Ability to collaborate with others and work independently Ability to read travelers or blueprints Ability to troubleshoot Ability to communicate information clearly
