Senior Trusts and Estates Paralegal Hybrid Up to 115K

We are seeking a senior level Trusts and Estates Paralegal who brings experience, ownership, and attention to detail to every matter.
What you will do
• Manage and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines
• Prepare Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills
• Support probate, administration, and accounting proceedings in Surrogate’s Court
• Coordinate and attend will signings
• Maintain case management systems and track billable time
• Communicate with clients and families with professionalism and empathy
• Provide day to day administrative and legal support to attorneys
What you bring
• 3 plus years of law firm experience in Trusts and Estates
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate funding, and file management
• Experience with Surrogate’s Court procedures required
• Familiarity with estate tax returns is a plus
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel required
• Experience with NetDocs is a plus
• Paralegal certificate is a plus

The details
• Salary up to 115K
• Monday through Friday 9 to 5 with flexibility for overtime
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
