Position Summary
The Transducer Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling precision force-measuring transducers and related components used in biomechanical equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and the ability to perform precision soldering under a microscope while maintaining quality and production standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare force-measuring transducers and related components according to established procedures and specifications.

Perform precision soldering of small electronic components using a microscope.

Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with production standards.

Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality control requirements.

Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Communicate with production management regarding workflow, quality concerns, and production timelines.

Complete assigned production tasks accurately and within established deadlines.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to perform delicate assembly and precision soldering tasks.

Ability to work with small components under a microscope.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.

Reliable attendance and ability to meet production expectations.

Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering, precision manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
