A global high-tech manufacturer making cutting-edge products is looking for a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join their team in NJ. Progressive die experience is a must.

What you'll do
- Analyze blueprints, specs, and material requirements to find the best design and production methods
- Design and build precision tools, progressive dies, molds, and fixtures
- Work with engineers, machinists, and production staff to keep tools accurate and functional
- Inspect finished tools with micrometers, gauge blocks, and other precision instruments
- Troubleshoot tool issues and recommend repairs or modifications
- Keep accurate records of tool design, production, and performance
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
What you bring
- Progressive die and stamping experience (required)
- 5+ years as a tool and die maker
- High School diploma or GED
- In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their uses
- Extensive experience with drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design schematics
- Quality control analysis experience
- Sharp attention to detail and advanced troubleshooting skills
