Position Summary
Nesco Resource is seeking Administrative Summer Workers to support various departments within a professional and fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on experience in administrative functions, data management, and project support, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support to assigned departments
- Perform data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks with accuracy
- Assist with organizing files, records, and departmental information
- Support special projects, process improvements, and team initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a college degree OR a recent graduate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree focus in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Previous internship, administrative, or office experience
