Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours. OT not anticipated.

Two Rounds - First Round Phone Screens with Direct Manager, Second Round Onsite Panel Interview

Required Qualifications
** • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, SOP development, or process documentation. **
** • Experience documenting processes in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and/or Manufacturing environments. **
** • Strong understanding of operational workflows, process documentation practices, and experience supporting cross-functional work with SMEs to gather and validate business process content. **
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Associate's Degree (minimum required) with significant technical writing experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or documenting SAP-enabled business processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, production processes, procurement, and material movement.
• Experience in solar module manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting UAT, training documentation, or go-live readiness.

Please prioritize candidates with:
1. Technical writing experience in manufacturing or operations environments
2. Supply Chain and Warehouse process knowledge
3. SAP-related process documentation experience
4. Solar module manufacturing experience, if available
