Technical Assistant – Vision Repair Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support our Vision Repair team. Responsibilities include sourcing replacement parts, processing repair orders, coordinating outsourced repairs, reviewing technical drawings, assisting with equipment testing, and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
This role also includes entering sales and purchase orders, managing inventory and invoices, tracking repairs, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Qualified candidates should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or CAD drawings is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
The hours will be Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm
