Production Team Facilitator

Primary Job Function

Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to meet department goals. Lead assigned areas, support daily operations, and complete other duties as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply company policies and procedures consistently.
• Coach Associates and help resolve workplace concerns and problems.
• Be available to Associates and respond to questions, concerns, and suggestions in a timely manner.
• Motivate and support the team to maintain a productive work environment.
• Help select, train, and develop Associates.
• Plan and manage daily activities based on production needs.
• Plan short-term activities to meet department goals.
• Ensure efficient use of employees, equipment, and materials while supporting safety, housekeeping, quality, and scrap reduction.
• Support customer service and assist with resolving quality and production concerns.
• Follow ECN and ISO processes and requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements that are timely, accurate, and cost-effective.
• Support company programs and initiatives, including TPM and the suggestion program.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Associate degree or currently enrolled in an Associate degree program preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
