Responsibilities/Job Description:
-This candidate will be supporting recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives. This candidate will also be responsible for assisting in conducting new union hire orientations. It is important that this candidate is able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work projects.
Required Skills:
-Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
-Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
-Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders.

-Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables
-Strong organizations skills
-Razor sharp attention to detail
-Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment.
-Strong personality, looking for a candidate who can keep the team on track and in line
-Experience working on Engineering related roles, utility, telecom a huge plus.

Education or Certification Requirement:
- Must have bachelors degree
