Position Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruiting support for assigned business locations, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This role supports the company's talent acquisition strategy by managing recruiting operations, maintaining compliance standards, and implementing best practices across the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have strong corporate recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing or oil & gas environments, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.


Work Schedule & Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
  • Assignment Length: 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Industry Preference: Oil & Gas experience preferred
  • Required Background: Corporate recruiting experience required
  • Compensation: Target pay rate up to DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes for assigned positions and locations
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions including:
    • Entry-level
    • Professional
    • Technical
    • Hourly
    • Management roles
  • Create and revise job descriptions and advertisements as needed
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruiting strategies
  • Utilize sourcing methods including:
    • Internet searches
    • Networking
    • Referrals
    • Job fairs
    • Cold calling
    • Social media recruiting
  • Coordinate phone screens and onsite interviews
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and hiring process
  • Prepare offer analysis, salary recommendations, and offer letters
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing hiring needs
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including:
    • Pre-employment screenings
    • Orientation
    • Assessments
    • Testing
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, ADAAA, HIPAA, and recruiting recordkeeping requirements
  • Provide recruiting status updates and reporting to management
  • Support recruiting vendor management and negotiate recruiting resource agreements
  • Participate in networking events, college recruiting, and industry seminars

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in either:
    • Corporate recruiting
    • Agency recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Administration
    • Related field
    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, compliance standards, and employment practices
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical and professional roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oil & Gas industry recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for:
    • Engineering
    • Safety
    • Environmental
    • Technical roles
  • SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of:
    • OFCCP regulations
    • EEO compliance
    • Federal contractor requirements
