Join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract as a Talent Acquisition Project & Recruiting Specialist. You will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment initiatives, managing talent acquisition projects, and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and project management, looking to make a significant impact in a short period.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection.
- Coordinate and execute talent acquisition projects to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to source candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields.
