Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiting operations by creating a positive and seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining accurate hiring records, supporting onboarding efforts, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the candidate journey.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and related travel arrangements
- Provide post-offer support and guide candidates through pre-employment processes
- Assist candidates with onboarding preparation prior to their start date
- Manage requisition audits and requisition closures within the applicant tracking system
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and records to support compliance requirements
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support recruiting operations while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Track and manage candidate activity within recruiting systems
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing, administrative support, recruiting coordination, or related role
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Recruiting teams
- Experience assisting with hiring events, job fairs, or career fairs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with recruiting systems such as:

- LEO
- LMPeople
- LMCareers
