  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electro-optical, optical, or infrared (IR) system design and development.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience performing design, integration, testing, verification, and validation (V&V) of electro-optical systems.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with physics principles, test development, test execution, and electronic testing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing:
    • Advanced test plans
    • Test procedures
    • Test execution schedules
    • System/subsystem test reports
  • Experience supporting complex hardware/software integration environments.
  • Ability to analyze test data, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate technical findings.
