Job Description
· Provide overall functional support to the Supply Planning team.
· Manage post creation PO process from supplier order confirmation to complete invoice reconciliation.
· Ensure timely order confirmation compliance and accurate updates in SAP.
· Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and A/P to ensure on time shipments as well as timely resolution of warehouse receiving discrepancies and invoice discrepancies.
· Negotiate delivery expedites and recovery plans with critical suppliers.
· Proactively identify supply risks and propose alternate sourcing, substitution, or logistics solutions to avoid service disruptions.
· Proactive review of inventory rebalancing opportunities to maximize working capital efficiency.
Qualification
• Associates degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• 1-3 years in supply chain management with direct experience in direct procurement, supply planning or supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
