Description: Plug Power Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated student to join our team. The student will be responsible for assisting in a wide variety of initiatives and projects in support of your academic studies and interests. In this role, you will gain exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment which includes developing a detailed understanding of Plug Power s products.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Gain a foundational understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing and technology.
Explore the impact of emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics) on manufacturing operations and workforce requirements.
Communication and Collaboration
Develop effective communication skills by collaborating with team members and presenting findings to different stakeholders.
Learn to create technical documentation and reports that clearly convey complex information to various audiences.
Education and Qualification
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Master's or PhD degree in X or a related program
Must have reliable transportation to the office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess solid hands-on approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
Excellent follow-through
Must be driven and self-motivated
