We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer to support structural design activities for a large-scale industrial refining project.
Responsibilities
- Develop structural drawings and 3D models.
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, and related design documentation.
- Support structural layouts for industrial equipment and facilities.
- Incorporate engineering calculations, markups, and project requirements into designs.
- Coordinate structural designs with Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and other disciplines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary model reviews.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain project drafting/design standards and drawing quality.
Qualifications
- Structural design experience within industrial/process facilities.
- Refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, oil and gas, or EPC experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and industrial design practices.
- Revit experience required.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Houston.
