Structural Assembler
We’re hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. This is a long-term opportunity with an established manufacturer that produces large-scale industrial equipment used across a variety of commercial and industrial applications. What You’ll Do
- Assemble and build industrial equipment components using hand tools and shop equipment
- Install and assemble structural and mechanical components according to production specifications
- Secure and install hardware fasteners and related assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Track production schedules and report completed work as required
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movement throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles
- Non-climate-controlled facility with typical fabrication and production shop conditions
- Required use of PPE including safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear
- Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
- Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies and state regulations
